Apple cider made with 3 ancient varieties of organic apples, pink apple, musona apple and rust apple produced from Il Corniolo. Dry, naturally sparkling, 5° alcohol, excellent as an aperitif or as a base for spritz, it can accompany fish and vegetable dishes, like a white wine.
